Board of Directors

Adeline Montessori School is a non-stock non-profit corporation governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. The Board is comprised of dedicated staff, founding-family parents, and community members focused on the success of the students and the school as a whole.

As a governing board, the directors' responsibilities are: to ensure students are learning, to ensure fiscal responsibility, to support school leadership, to ensure the school is following all applicable laws, to oversee Special Education due process and services, and maintain understanding and implementation of the school's mission.

Board Meetings take place on the 3rd Tuesday of each month* via Google Meet or Zoom. The meeting link will be provided in the agenda emailed to parents and in the calendar on the Community page.

Parents and community members are welcome to attend the open portion of the monthly meetings. Requests to speak during the open meetings must be submitted in writing at least 7 days prior to the meeting date.

*This month's meeting will be held on the 4th Tuesday of the month to allow for financial reports to be received prior to the meeting.
